Choice Music prize nominee Jeremy Hickey (aka RSAG aka Rarely Seen Above Ground) plays Sligo this coming weekend, though I'm not quite sure where. Still, worth checking out. Support on the night from Thread Pulls whose sound is, apparently, built from "feedback, dissonant chops and reedy vocals." Dissonant chops? Really? Admission is 10 euro.
